They can for different engineering scopes: heating, air conditioning, agricultural and in general with any non-corrosive fluid.

They can be mounted vertically or horizontally.

The slow and proportional maneuver allows to avoid the water hammer phenomenon.
It is recommended to pay avoid, especially for small gate valves, to avoid forcing the screwing of the pipe and deforming the sealing seats, during the installation phase.

The gate valves can also be used in an intermediate opening positions, in order to partialize the flow.
