Project Description

AUTOMATIC SHUT-OFF VALVES PN10

AUTOMATIC SHUT-OFF VALVES PN10

The air vent valves allow to automatically eliminate the air inside the heating and air conditioning systems, avoiding unwanted effects such as premature corrosion and wear, less circuit efficiency and reduced yield of heating bodies. Thanks to their automatic working, they allow certain phenomena deemed to be particularly harmful for the systems to be avoided with certainty and continuity over time. In particular, it is possible to limit the effects of electrolytic corrosion (favored by an excessive presence of oxygen in the pipes) and of cavitation. Furthermore, they help optimize the heat exchange of the systems,p since they avoid the formation of air pockets inside the heating bodies and fan-coil units.

PN 10 – Maximum working pressure 10 bar
Maximum working temperature: 110° C

AVAILABLE MODEL
595: Automatic, shut off valve for automatic air vents

MAINTENANCE
Exclusively qualified personnel must perform installation, adjustment, maintenance and any other intervention.

DISPOSAL
For valve operating with hazardous liquids (toxic, corrosive…) , if there is a possibility of residue remaining in the valve, take due safety precaution and carry out required cleaning operation. Personnel in charge must be trained and equipped with appropriate protection devices. Prior to disposal, disassemble the valve and separate the component according to various materials. Please refer to product literature for more information. Forward sorted material to recycling (e.g. metallic materials) or dispose it, according to local and currently valid legislation taking into consideration the environment.

GENERAL INFORMATION
Performance data, including pressure – temperature ratings have been developed from published standards, supplier material certifications, design calculations and in-house testing. They cover typical applications and are provided as a general guideline.
